"Watching the Dragons Pass"

Watching the Dragons Pass (2011) was exhibited at the Senate House Orangerie. As a dragon hunter, I have identified a genealogy of dragons, feeding themselves with the complex memories of mankind: tournautour (Turnaround), rouge de cinq (Red of Five), versatile poudré (Glitter-versatile), racines fictives (Fake Roots), convulseur atlantique (Atlantic-in-convulsion) , noir-lumière (Dark Light), all are kinds of dragons flying over Guadeloupe from dawn to dusk, eating up the psychosomatic, famished memory catchers while the Caribbean people struggle between political amnesias and racial traumas.
